Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original presentation box and secure them in a protective mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your local post office, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists have inspected the returned stationery, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
